Enrollment: The Yoga room can accommodate about 35 people. To avoid overcrowding, participants must register in writing with Diana; please send an email to divida108@gmail.com or a text message to Whatsapp or Telegram at +41762135342. When registering, please indicate first and last name, desired date, full or half day (morning or afternoon).

Arrival: Travelers by car are not allowed to drive up to the Yoga house, there are no parking spaces! In Oberburg, for example, there is parking behind the COOP gas station at the multi-purpose facility. Below Leimern, along Schwandgasse, there are white parking spaces (free of charge, unlimited in time).
Travelers with public transport (BLS) take about 30 minutes from Bern HB to Oberburg station, trains leave every half hour. From Oberburg station it is about a 15 minute walk to the Yoga house. For more information on how to get there, please see Contact.

Important: The Yoga house opens in the morning 30 minutes before the start of class. No food or drink should be taken 2–3 hours before the start of the practice. Clothing must be light and loose. The Yoga room is carpeted, please bring your own Yoga mat if needed. Chai will be offered during lunch break, please bring your own food if needed. Courses will be taught in English or German, depending on the participants.

Courses can be attended by everyone, regardless of age, gender, race or religion. A particularly athletic, agile constitution is not required. A good basic health is certainly of advantage, nevertheless a physical or psychological suffering can be a motivation to engage more intensively with the Yoga practice and thereby initiate the healing process. Caution is especially necessary with heart problems or hernia.
Courses are suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. Participants will be introduced to the fascinating energies generated by Yoga – hopefully creating an incentive to integrate Yoga practice into their own everyday lives.
